Fundraiser for Scott Peeler

I’ve just completed my third “YOU Are the Message!” workshop for the beautiful staff of Interchange Outer East in Ferntree Gully VIC. IOE is a community based, nonprofit program, which provides support to families who have a child or a young person with a disability, living in Melbourne’s outer eastern regions of Knox, Maroondah, and Yarra Ranges.

Every time I work with them, I am moved by the power of their sense of  purpose and by the size of their hearts. I don’t think you can find a more devoted, committed, loving group of people anywhere!

Which is one reason I want to spotlight their upcoming fundraiser for Scott Peeler, and ask you to find a way to help. Scott needs a computer, but not like the one you and I have. He needs one to help him speak!

Imagine the only way to communicate was with your eyes. For 25 years you looked up for yes and down for no.

Imagine they invented a machine that would allow you to communicate. You could browse the internet, SMS friends, send emails, and so much more.

There is a $23,000 computer that would allow Scott Peeler to communicate, to have a voice, to talk with more this his eyes.

Come to the IOE fundraiser or donate some money to give this incredible guy a voice.
